RE: CLRPFM on file that is foreign key

These lists still rock.  9 responses in under 30 minutes.  

What I ultimately decided is anticlimactic.  I decided to remove the
constraints. <g>

Since they're just staging files that only contain records for about 10
minutes, I decided constraints were better used elsewhere.  The only reason
these files exist is for the warehouse sup to look at the truck routings and
route totals for making any last minute changes before cutting labels and
invoices.

I think constraints are more suited for the more permanent areas of the
database.
