Jim, perhaps the easiest thing to do is to send each location a CD that willAppreciate the info. We are needing to update certains paramaters (like system name), hopefully add the Bypass Signon flag (to remove a security prob) but not alter the rest of the config, which includes the selected printer which is unique to each user.
