Problems with www-912.ibm.com

From our location we are having problems accessing anything at 
www-912.ibm.com.

Pings from here succeed for about 65 pings and then fail for 12. The 
pattern has repeated since yesterday.

Trace routes fnish like this:  Note the request is to 129.42.160.32 
which is what www-912.ibm.com resolves to here.

Is anyone else out there experiencing problems with pages behind this 
domain name?
