Today I ordered PTF Group CD images through fix central (Hiper, Print,
Service Agent, Java, tcp/ip and BRMS) for download via ftp.
At the top of the accompanying document there's something I've never
seen before:

I'm referring to the 'PEAPAR of ... <<-- Unresolved' entry.
What is a PEAPAR and why is it unresolved?
Is this anything to worry about (e.g. is this package defective)?
