It used to be $100, but was bumped up to $200. There is a negative financial
impact to COMMON if people don't stay in conference hotels. 

My advice: Suck it up and book yourself into the Gaylord. Go to MOM and
complain. Run for the board, so you get to choose the venues.

I believe there is an additional charge for registration if you choose
