I do know that the "opt out" works on the website and emails, and
not sure why you are having a problem. But in any case, I have forwarded
your email to Ralph who will have someone on staff take care of this for
you.
I assume that the email at the bottom of your email is the address
that you wish to remove.

Subject: Is it possible to unsubscribe to COMMON emails?
How frustrating. I've followed the unsubscribe instructions at the
bottom of the email, and I still get the emails. I went to the website
and found their contact address (common@xxxxxxxxxx) and wrote an email
pretty much saying the same thing: I tried unsubscribing, it didn't
work, please unsubscribe me. (And not all of their emails have the
unsubscribe option at the bottom - not that it works.)
Has anyone else experienced this? At this point I'll set up a rule to
auto-delete the emails, but I don't think it's right.
