I know that I need to be the owner or have *ALL authority to a file in order to do a CLRDBFMBR (as when doing a replace member with the Excel Transfer Data to iSeries plug-in), but I thought that *ALLOBJ special authority in my user profile would work too, but it doesn't. Why is that?
