If QShell is installed:

STRQSH
rm -rf /path/to/myfolder

If PASE is installed:

CALL QP2TERM
rm -rf /path/to/myfolder

If neither of these is installed, try the EDTF command:

EDTF '/path/to'
Put option 9 next to 'myfolder'.
