Hi Albert,

I ahve a similar command named ATTRIB which I created which uses the
Qp01SetAttr program. However it doesn't allow you to enter the new
attribute it just uses X'00'. If you know the correct hex value I can
modify it.

You don't have to write code to read through the directory, you can invoke your own program from QShell's "find" command.

The PC_READ_ONLY attribute has a hex value of x'00000011' (or decimal 17). It's value can be set to x'01' for on, or x'00' for off.
