This is just gorgeous. I'm in the midst of trying to get the SWMA
information in place. Software support wouldn't even TALK to me until that
was in place, and now we're in the process of getting that resolved.
Support still thinks I need a signed contract, while Contracts says a SWMA
invoice is more than enough.
But I kept trying other avenues, and here's the kicker: I called Hardware
Support, and since I have a HWMA in place, it took one call to ask for
feature code 1311. The guy who answered the phone verified my HWMA, IMed
someone who could generate a "system unique ID" and bang I was done. 15
minutes.
Gotta love it.
