I seem to remember that AJE entry. In fact there were two different
subsystems that both had AJE's that really weren't very robust. Basically
it was something like one did the STRTCP and the other started some
service or something that assumed that TCP was up and running. And since
they weren't linear, nor did the dependent one wait, you often had issues.
