Funny thing about battery warranties is that, yes, they will replace them
when they go bad. However most UPS vendors will suggest that you replace
them all at a periodic basis before the first one goes bad. After all,
will the warranty give you a warm fuzzy after your system dies because you
had a power outage and the battery was no good? Sure you can get the
battery replaced, but then, you've already experienced an outage. And if
your UPS takes multiple batteries (like ours) do you want to start
experiencing multiple outages each time the next one goes bad?
