If you compiled with the DBGVIEW parm set to *LIST or *ALL, then I believe the source can be extracted from the program object. I think there was a tool published a few years ago that could strip out the code and write it to a source member. Otherwise, I don't think its possible.

I think that tool was called RTVILESRC....
