IP configuration you are talking about is stored in QUSRSSYS/QATO*
database files.
Host file is QATOCHOST, interface file is QATOCIFC.

You may find other configuration files in /QIBM/UserData/OS400
directory.

Saving QUSRSYS library and /QIBM/UserData/OS400 saves these
configuration items.
