I want to thank everyone for their help.
Like Chuck said, copying data into the file woulnd't work because the
system file had those ALWxxx settings to *NO and the copy resulted in
CPF4194.
I guess I wasn't clear in my note but the table wasn't completely empty.
It does only have one member SERVICES. It had 175 records and was missing
some but we're not sure exactly how many. This is on the client's
Development/Test system. I printed off the records from the Production
system and found 12 records extra, including the one that caused my
intervention (DIRPCSERV). Without knowing for sure they are all needed, I
just manually added all 12 of them using ADDSRVTBLE. The item that wasn't
working before is working now so I'm happy.
I'm going to continue to look at those reports you suggested Chuck to see
if I can find out more information.
So thanks again.
