Hi everyone.
We've been observing and hearing about the poor response time for many
information centers.  The system administrators the run these servers have
looked into it and are reporting that the poor response time is the result
of the unexpected surge in downloads following the recent IBM announcement
and release of Lotus Symphony.
The server administrators are working to improve performance and ensure
quality of service across the board for all sites hosted on their systems.
This is a extremely unfortunate situation, but it is expected to be fairly
temporary.  Please accept by apologies, on their behalf, for the
inconvenience.

Wow... InfoCenter is particularly slow and crappy this week.  Lots of
really slow loading pages that eventually end up as blank frames... you
would think it would get BETTER over time, but that's not the trend i'm
seeing.
