That's not my experience.

Licenses are only displayed for products that you have installed or have
selected for installation by creating an installation list.

You'll find this amusing, Rob. As I was installing licensed products
at 3:30 this morning I got a little overzealous and accidentally
installed BRMS. BRMS is now taking over my machine <grin>.

And for those who wonder how you could possibly "accidentally install" a
product, it's actually pretty easy. During the installation, the system
prompts you to accept the license agreement for each licensed product.
Just
hit F14 to accept the agreement instead of F16 to decline it and boom, you
have a new product.

It's the System i version of "trialware". :)
