Anyway, I'm not going to go down this road.  I certainly won't argue against
having better safeguards in shipped systems.  But at the same time, I think
the people that turn on unfettered FTP access are going to do it anyway, and
I stand by my position that you should either know the security of your IT
infrastructure inside out or you should hire someone to do it for you.
Anything less is suicide.
