I think they are trying to define a common structure for all our
platforms. Windows and UNIX have a clear cut separation between DB and
Sys Admin... System i doesn't.

Um, because almost zero System i shops even have a DB administrator? Can
the auditor give you the name of a shop that has one?

I'm not trying to be a smart alec, but I've never seen one.
