Try [re]searching ADDPJE [, STRPJ, and ENDPJ]. Added /prestart job/
entries will have the jobs managed according to the specifications on
the add prestart job entry request. I have never coded to those.
Instead I have always just created my own private NEP jobs, dividing
them [one for each of X], for example across resources like printers or
functional users; e.g. received network spools or files, auto-processed
according the user as destination, awaiting notification by message to
the recipient message queue.
