Marco,

Do you have Program Development Manager (PDM) with the command WRKLIBPDM?
Do you have the command CRTCLPGM?  If you have those two things, then you
can complete the following steps.

If you don't have a source physical file in a library, create one using the
command CRTSRCPF FILE(xxxxxxxxxx/QCLSRC) where you put your library name in
place of the xxx.

Use PDM to navigate into the source physical file you just created.  Use the
command WRKOBJPDM LIB(XXXXXXXXXX) OBJ(QCLSRC) to see the file, and an option
12 on the file to see the source members.  Use F6 to create a new member and
give it the name you want the program to have.

Use option 2 to edit the new source member, and put the statements you want
to run in the editor, with a STRPGM on the first line, and ENDPGM on the
last line.

Exit and save the source member, then use option 14 on the member name to
compile the program.

If all that works, then you will have a program with the same name as your
source member name, and you can schedule the CALL PGMNAME command to run
your statements.
