I forgot to mention that conversions may also update the change date
of the database *FILE object. Typically conversion(s) [at least for
database files, that is the intent] _would not occur during SAVxxx_,
because the save should not activate a conversion; that would impact the
performance of the first save after upgrade. There is a conversion in
V5R4 however, the /alignment/ conversion, which will occur even for the
seemingly innocuous DSPOBJD of all [file] objects in a library; that
conversion [as with other database file conversions] will AFaIK also
update the changed date -- because in fact, as an object, it was changed.
