Hello all,

Hello

What would be the Iseries command equivalent to IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS?

I believe (and tested) that updating the DNS configuration (CFGTCP
option 12 or CHGTCPDMN command) runs well. For example, switch the
"host name search priority" from *REMOTE (or *LOCAL) to *LOCAL (or
*REMOTE), and switch it back.

I found nothing in the Archive or Google.

We need this because when a host changes IP address, we want the
Iseries to start resolving to the correct address immediately.

thanks
