The only negative ramifications is it will affect TGTRLS on CRTCLPGM and

CRTCLMOD.  The contents of those libraries are simply previous release 
versions of commands.  If that's really a space concern then things ARE 
tight there.

Then again, some of you don't have the luxury of using less than half of
a 
5TB system
