I had a PMR open on IBM Director, V5.20.1. Every so often (usually 2-3
days, but once it lasted a week), IBM Director would just stop. Supportline
had me capture traces and said it was a java exception that had already been
fixed in V5.20.2. I installed V5.20.2 last Tuesday and it hasn't happened
since. No new problems either. I'm sure your environment is much more
complex than mine, however.
