We have over 50 Zebra label printers and occasionally all printing will stop on one of the printers due to a file being in a permanent SND status. The file will stay in SND status for days at a time, but if the SND file is put on hold, all the other files start printing without any other action whatsoever. This occurs to both wired Zebra printers and wireless Zebra printers.

Anyone know why this occurs or have a suggestion on which of the four areas below I should focus on?

1. The T.L. Ashford bar-coding software we use.
2. i5 OS
3. Print server.
4. Printer.
