I would suspect that IBM support on that was on a "best effort" basis,
and, on Time and Material basis.
The way IBM inflates maintenance prices as machinery ages so that new
machinery looks so much cheaper (look at what you'll be saving on
maintenance alone) I can't imagine anyone who would pay annual maintenance
on that. You probably could buy a new 515, monthly.
