My next suggestion is to see if you have another system or LPAR that you
reset the date and run this job on?

Thanks for the suggestion Steven. I tried it out, but CHGJOB DATE()
doesn't seem to change the result of the %date() BIF in RPG. I'm pretty
sure that %date() is getting system time.
