George,

We have a number of 720's, 730's, and an 810 that I have moved
from one office to another on several occasions. Never a problem
with the dolly.

subject: Moving an 810, any gotchas?

For various reasons, we are relocating an 810 from one office to another
this coming weekend (about 100 feet total, same floor), and some
questions have come up.

Essentially, we have two options, pick the beast up and place it on a
cart, then reverse the process at the destination office. The second
option is to strap it to an appliance dolly.

The question that has come up is if it is safe to tip the machine (as is
necessary with the dolly)? The concern is that it could unseat cards,
etc. Personally I think it would be much safer than lilfting the box,
but figured I'd ask anyways.

So, anyone see a problem with either method or have any tales of woe to
share we should be aware of in advance?
