CHGCMDDFT PWRDWNSYS 'CONFIRM(*YES)' was already available on V5R4,
for example, to effect [almost] the same. See help text for the CONFIRM
parameter for more information. The changes noted in the v6r1 rzaq9.pdf
describe a default change and some exit program changes, not that a
confirmation panel is a new capability. Thus anyone can effect that
added protection from /accidental/ power-down requests even on v5r4 :-)
