At this point, I don't know whether any messages have been successfully sent from QtmmSendMail on that box.

Apparently there haven't been any successful sends, at least since the four unsuccessful ones, and there are four messages in the QMSF joblog in the general vein of

SMTP distribution not sent. SMTP jobs not active. Job 484165/QMSF/QMSF stopped processing MSF message.
