I would contact the author of the command and have them check for that. I
ran into that with my MAILTOOL utility a few years ago and nipped it in the
bud. :)

Otherwise you would have to try and build the list of addresses differently
than you are now.

Subject: sndemail command

Hi All,

I have a situation in which I loop a a file in CLE and use the SNDEMAIL
command as such:

READLOOP: RCVF RCDFMT(METEMLFR)

* monitor for end of file
MONMSG MSGID(CPF0864) EXEC(GOTO CMDLBL(END))

SNDEMAIL TYPE(*IFS) SMTPID(&EMLADREM1 &EMLADREM2 +

&EMLADREM3 &EMLADREM4) SUBJECT('MetCash +
Orders') +
IFS(('/kunip/' *CAT *FILE))

GOTO CMDLBL(READLOOP)

The problem I encounter is if any one of the variables are blank, the
command fails. Is there a way around this?

Thanks
