I'm a consultant (contractor), thus a beneficiary of outsourcing, but I
agree with others who replied to this message, particularly John Jones. I
would say the only appropriate midrange.com list for your inquiry would be
the Consult400 list, which unfortunately doesn't have much traffic these
days.
