Last weekend I performed a RSTLIB libA to libB to create a test
environment.
The tape was created using SAVLIB *alluser.

Today I went to clean up the journal receivers that I expected would be
in libB.
There were no journal receivers in libB but they exist in libA.

What am I missing? Either they were not saved on the tape or they were
not restored.
Are there special rules for journals and receivers?
