We had three IBM System Administrator courses cancelled due to lack of
interest. I had to book with Sierra in the end. I thought it odd, especially
as IBM were cheaper!

I want to add a little anecdotal evidence along these lines. I'm not yet
grey, and relatively new to the System I. For the last 6 months I've been
trying to attend classroom based courses to learn how to administer I5/OS.
Each month I get a very polite call informing me that my class has been
postponed due to low enrollment.

I'm very concerned about the future of this software.
