Actually, I think Josh said administration, and there's typically a good chunk of admin topics at several of the general midrange conferences (DevCon, COMMON, even the LUG conferences). I think only the programmers conferences (RPG World or RPG/DB2 Summit) wouldn't have admin tracks, but you'd have to ask the proprietors.

And obviously before spending any money Josh would want to check out what is offered.
