That may, or may not, be true for certain tool vendors that are really
into bit picking. However for vendors, like ERP, whose software has
spanned multiple releases of the OS without a hitch I just don't see that
happening. Hardware stuff, like having to get our ERP vendor to support
'MMA' as a valid value for QMODEL, for their key check, when we upgraded
to Power 6, is a different animal. They had to call someone in that
weekend to modify their key generation program.
