That has happened to me before. You should pop the twin-ax card out and
reseat it. Just make sure it's a clean connection and sitting in there
really firm.

Sounds like the twinax card is not being found. Have you tried opening up
the machine to see if the card might be loose?

Hey guys,
I got an old 620 dropped off to me for use as a test box though am having
an awful time
trying to get the bloody thing up.
I don't think the system was initialised though I am pretty sure it
doesn't have an OS installed.
By the looks of things it has V5R1 Lic installed as the step C6004081
seems to take about 30 minutes?.
Anyway, I keep getting the SRC A6005004 on IPL just after the C6004081.
The console is fine, I have checked the
cable 50 times over, tried swapping it from ports 0/0 to 0/1 etc but still
am getting SRC A6005004.
Has anyone got any idea's on where to go next with this one?
