I don't understand. RUNQRY runs a predefined query. You can even use it
without a query definition, if you are processing all the fields in a file.

WRKQRY is the user interface to Query/400. It takes no parameters. The user
can create, modify, copy, delete, or run queries from there.

Tell us what you are trying to accomplish.
