I didn't test it, but any card with with a Broadcom 5706 chipset
should work fine. They're branded as NetExtreme II cards.

An example is the HP NC370T, which is retired. Costed about 150US$ a
few years back. You'll have a hard time finding such card explicitly,
but they'll be rather cheap - maximum 100$.
