If you scan the IBM Knowledge Base, the doc Information on Printers from 
Lexmark has the following
(3 emulations, set on the control panel), your mfrtypmdl will depend on 
which you use.
The 4 columns Y/N at right are for LPR, PJL, SNMP, IPP
Since only column LPR=Y then you would use CRTOUTQ with the ip address as 
the Remote system.
I have to ask - how is this connected??
