You need an ftp server on the target system for that. You need to
connect to the server, not the file system. Maybe you could use the qntc
file system and copy the file there (cp, cpy, or even cpytoimpf directly
to the destination) as /qntc/<servername>/<sharename>/path/filename.csv.
You may need to create the mount point directory (servername) under
/qntc, and the user and password must match exactly between the iseries
and nt account. I've not had much luck doing that directly to dasd
appliances though. I've usually had to go through a real windows server
that mounted the target dasd as local storage. You might also use NFS to
accomplish the same thing if it's available on the windows side.
Supposedly it's less picky about the credentials, but I've never had
that luxury.
