I noticed yesterday that there are non-obfuscated addresses in older archive postings (I was looking at 2002). The header addresses were munged, but sometimes replies with quoting contained plain addresses. This seemed to happen when the replying sender's MUA (Mail User Agent) included the email address in the quoted reply heading, as in

I haven't looked to see when that was changed, but recent archived posts have "davidgibbs@xxxxxxxxxx" instead.
