Juan,
If you still have your system logs (QSYS/QHST* physical files) from
three months ago (perhaps on your backup tapes), restore those QHST*
files to QSYS and do a DSPLOG.
To know what is logged when a system value is changed, change a value
yourself and do a DSPLOG and F9 for details. This is what I got when I,
as QSECOFR) changed CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QHSTLOGSIZ) VALUE(65390)

System value QHSTLOGSIZ changed from 65395 to 65390.
