Debbie, et al,

It's now working.
Here is what  I needed to add to our domain setup with GoDaddy. 

v=spf1 a ptr ~all

The Network Guy walked me through it.  He figured it out from a couple 
of MS documents that Rob (thanks!) emailed me.  Those MS document links are:

Don't ask for a technical explanation, because I can't give one.
