Click on:

1) Databases-->SQL Performance Monitors
2) right-click on the dbmon file of interest and select 'Show Statements'
3) click on Retrieve
4) select the SQL statement you want to look at
5) click on Run Visual Explain

There's more to that interface, but this will get you what you want.
Thing to keep in mind is that when iNav says "SQL Performance Monitor" it
really means database monitor collection (i.e. STRDBMON command).
