I am the only one downloading/applying PTFs.  The SF99610 just showed up 
after loading  SI29868 for 5722IP1.

SF99610                8064  Not installed 
SF99609                   5  Not applicable 
SF99601                   3  Installed 
SF99562                   1  Not applicable 

The Not applicable above  have 6.1 PTFs in them.

But when I display SF99610 it shows the following:
