Attempting to start a session for the 1Series Access software on a Windows
Vista Ultimate laptop using a Cisco VPN. Get the following error:
"PCSERR100 - Error allocating 142 bytes of memory from the windows global
memory heap. Close one or more windows applications and then try again."
No other applications are running. Appreciate any ideas on the situation.
Regards,
Jack Derham
