Hi,

We have a feature in our Document Management product (S4i Express) that captures documents and drives scanners from the desktop. I do not see why it could not be easily modified to capture signatures from the epad. It runs as a web service and can feed any backend... including ours.

We also have clients that are capturing signatures using Palm Pilots.

Hi all,

I have a need for a client that works in insurance. They want to be able to
have a customer sign up for a policy using a physical device similar to the
following ePad (similar to what you sign when buying something at Walmart
with your credit card).

The end goal is to eliminate a lot of paper work. I am hoping to find a
device that can easily transmit a signature to a URL via HTTPS (i.e. RPG CGI
program) for storage so it can be brought up later if necessary.

Has anybody already been down this path and can tell me a solid choice for a
device to go with? I am expecting it to require a USB connection to a
desktop PC and corresponding software.

Thanks in advance,
Aaron Bartell
