The problem with 'start iexplore' is that it forces the use of Internet 
Explorer.  If a user specifies a different default browser, PLEASE don't 
force them to use IE anyway!

Another problem with this technique is that it uses the "start" command, 
which will force a DOS window to open.  This doesn't hurt anything, but 
it's a bit of an eyesore.

PLEASE consider using the ShellExec_RunDLL and/or FileProtocolHandler 
examples that Julius Michael Smith and Rajesh Kumar have suggested in 
this thread.  They are vastly superior techniques than using the 'start' 
command.  At least TRY them.
